Rubber Plant for Sale

I. Production Site Location

Geographic location
The company production site is situated in the industrial zone in the European part of Russia.

Climate.
The climate is moderately continental. The average air temperature of the coldest month (January) is – 11.6 °С, and the hottest one (July) is + 17.2 °С. The average annual air temperature is + 2.7 °С, the absolute minimal temperature is – 46.0 °С, the absolute maximum is + 38.0 °С. The annual amount of precipitations is 722 mm. Prevailing wind directions are South and South-West.

The surface area of the site is 72 hectares.
The site is fenced with ferroconcrete plates (a 150 – 200 m section is fenced with a wooden fence). The site is guarded around the clock by an armed security unit and is equipped with a perimeter surveillance system controlled from the security post.

Railway
The production site is located not far from railway station (3 km). The on-site railway length is 2.5 km.

Roads
A city road connects the production site with the city. The area of on-site hard surface automobile roads is 65,090 m2.

Site’s relative position to seaport:
• by rail – 900 km,
• by highway – 1,000 km.

II. Production

Synthetic butadiene-styrene rubber and latex are the basic products manufactured by the plant. The annual production capacity:
• rubber: up to 100,000 mt
• latex: up to 10,000 mt (on the dry basis) depending on product type.
The production was suspended in September 2004. The equipment has been idled. The production site accommodates over 70 industrial buildings of different size and purpose.

III. Power consumption (daily)

Electric power – up to 33,000 kWh
Steam – 120 Gcal
Heating water – 177 Gcal
Industrial water – 2,700 cu. m
Drinking water – 473 cu. m

Electric networks and conduits condition Electric networks and conduits are in operational condition and can stand increased loads, though partial repair of some electric cables, pipelines, valves, cooling towers is needed.

Energy sources
Electric power is supplied by thermal power station-1, thermal power station-2 and a 110 kV line.
Heat (steam, heating water) is supplied by thermal power station. Industrial water is supplied by Tire Plant. Drinking water is supplied by municipal enterprise. No on-site energy resources are available.

IV. Prospects

Any projects related to the Synthetic Rubber Plant production site will be considered. We are ready to establish a joint venture, participate in an investment project, etc. The present equipment can be removed to establish an absolutely new production instead of the Synthetic Rubber Plant. All proposals are welcome.
