Yamalo-Nenets district court poised to decide Polyef's fate
On November 25, the Arbitration Court of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District will hold hearings chaired by judge O. Maksimova that may finally decide on SyntezPromUniversal’s suit against the Government of Bashkiria, the Russian Federal Property Fund, JSC Sibur and Selena Plant LLC. The subject of the suit includes a demand to cancel the results of privatization of JSC Polyef, the first Russian polyester integrated plant.

The 2nd international exhibition "IncoExpo/Industrial Painting Technologies-2005" opened

FAS obliged MNPZ to settle processing contract
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) announced that on October 27, it declared the Moscow Oil Refinery (MNPZ) guilty of violating the law "On competition in commodity markets" since the refinery refused to sign a contract for the processing of 300,000 tons of crude per month with the Exporttrading company.
