Russian managers’ professional reputation ratings published

The professional reputation ratings of the Russian managers published by Russia’s Managers Association include five Uralkhimplast representatives.

The Russian Managers’ Professional Reputation Ratings program “is aimed at unbiased independent large-scale survey of the Russian top management professional level to reflect professional skills of the corporate executives taking into account Russia’s business practices," the Association said in a statement.

Over 430 experts participated in the VI release of the rating. International consultanting company Deloitte was an official auditor of the project.

The TOP-1000 of the most professional managers includes Uralkhimplast’s Director General A.E. Gerdt (the program organizers say the initial number of the managers-candidates across all the industry sectors amounted to 4,000).

Mr. A. A. Kuzmin, Deputy Director General of Uralkhimplast, Economics, was acknowledged as one of the 200 most professional financial directors of Russia.

A. V. Gurianov, Deputy Director General, Marketing and Business Strategy, is listed as one of the top 200 most professional commercial directors.

The TOP-200 professional HR directors includes V.I. Antonov, Deputy Director General, HR and Welfare. The top-200 professional IT-directors includes the company’ automated control systems manager P.G. Redin.
