Press release: New warehouse equipment purchased by R&P POLYPLASTIC within its 2019 investment program
Due to continuous growth of production volume R&P POLYPLASTIC launched a program of update of warehouse equipment. As a first stage, the company decided to purchase 10 Komatsu forklift loaders. The amount of investments exceeded 10 million rubles.
In the beginning of March, the vehicles were delivered to the R&P POLYPLASTIC production plant in Engels where they will be used. Apart from purchasing new equipment, some changes are made to the motivation program of warehouse employees.
“This year we decided to focus on the effectiveness of moving finished products and raw materials. The salary of each employee directly depends on the quality of performed work,” said Director General of R&P POLYPLASTIC Alexander Pavlov.
The company is planning to continue upgrade of equipment and improvement of efficiency of the warehouse services.
