Press release: At Interplastica 2019 R&P POLYPLASTIC told about the problems of recruiting qualified staff in the industry
At the Polymer Plaza conference, specialists of R&P POLYPLASTIC took part in the panel discussion on Polymer Industry Staffing Issues and Field-Specific Education.
One of the main reasons for staff shortage in the polymer industry is the inability of technical universities to guarantee appropriate qualification of graduates in the areas of innovative technologies and production automation. Another issue is the fall of prestige of blue-collar work.
For several years, R&P POLYPLASTIC has relied only on high-qualified personnel. As a result, since 2016 workforce productivity in the company has risen by 27,5% and salary growth is between 15 and 45%.
In the nearest future, the Russian compounder is planning to increase workforce productivity to the level of the international companies and take the leading positions in the level of income in the regions of operation.
R&P POLYPLASTIC is interested in employment of the best specialists in the industry. Please send your CV’s to composites@polyplastic.ru.
