Press release: TATNEFT Experts Were Awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Kazan Kremlin hosted the ceremonial presentation of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of science and technology on the Russian Science Day. TATNEFT professionals received a well-deserved award from the hands of Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Delivering welcoming remarks to the laureates and guests, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, pointed out that the Republic development prospects are associated with achievements in the scientific area. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, one of the objectives of the Tatarstan’s Strategy 2030 was a significant efficiency enhancement of scientific discoveries and engineering developments. The current year witnessed the projects of our main industries – crude oil production and petrochemistry – becoming the winners of state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of science and technology. This indicated a stronger link between the science and the real economy.
The titles "Winner of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Field of Science and Technology" and the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Field of Science and Technology in 2018 were awarded for the work "Development and industrial introduction of a set of technical and technological solutions for repair and insulation works, providing for limiting water inflow and increasing oil recovery at the fields of the Republic of Tatarstan to the following persons: Ramzis Kadyrov (veteran of TatNIPIneft, in the past Chief Research Associate of the Well Maintenance and Repair Department of the TATNEFT’s TatNIPIneft R&D Institute); Alexander Evdokimov (Deputy Chief Geologist of TATNEFT Company); Rustam Latypov (Head of the TATNEFT’s EOR Work Organization); Ilgizar Makhmutov (Deputy Head of the TatNIPIneft’s Well Operation and Field Operation Department, TATNEFT); Ramil Nizayev (Leading Researcher of the Oil Field Development Department of TatNIPIneft, TATNEFT Company); Alfiya Sakhapova (Head of the Well Operation and Maintenance Section of the TATNEFT’s TatNIPIneft R&D Institute); Irik Fattakhov (Deputy Head of the EOR Work of the Well Maintenance and Repair Department of the TATNEFT’s TatNIPIneft R&D Institute); Dilbarkhon Khasanova (Leading Researcher of the Well Maintenance and Repair Department of TatNIPIneft, TATNEFT Company).
The complex of technologies developed by the Company’s experts includes new plugging compositions, scientifically grounded technological methods and devices for preparing these compositions in the wellbore or even in the formation and provides for oil recovery enhancement. These technical and technological solutions have proven their effectiveness and they are implemented in the wells of PJSC TATNEFT, JSC NK Kazmunaygas and the State Unitary Enterprise Ingushneftegazprom.
