Press release: Retail and Distribution Network of TATNEFT. Results of the Year

The volume of retail and wholesale operations performed through the network of the TATNEFT’s filling stations amounted to more than 3,454.6 thousand tonnes of oil and gas products in 2018. 
 
In 2018, TATNEFT Company started selling at the TATNEFT’s filling stations synthetic oils based on basic oils produced by JSC TANECO and OOO TATNEFT-NK Oil.

The Company pays great attention to the development of the non-fuel business with the gross income in this area exceeding 1,270 million rubles over the past year.

AZS TATNEFT (TATNEFT Filling Stations) participate in the environmental campaign “For Clean Present. For Healthy Future” jointly with Volkswagen Company, where there are 2 Multivan vehicles taking part in testing the latest Euro-6 diesel eco-engines in the Russian Federation. TATNEFT is acting as a fueling partner of the project providing the TANECO diesel fuel filling at Company’s own filling stations. One of the vehicles is at the disposal of ATP Tatneft Company, while the other will be for half a year operated by OOO Tatneft-AZS-Zapad, where, in addition to DT TANECO (TANECO Diesel Fuel) tyres and oils produced by the TATNEFT Group the enterprises will also be tested.

The guaranteed quality of petroleum products at the TATNEFT’s filling stations is ensured by strict observance of technological discipline and requirements of regulatory documents when receiving, storing, transporting and dispensing petroleum products of its own production.

A reliable supplier reputation of high-quality products and services is confirmed by the awards received by the TATNEFT’s retail and distribution unit. In 2018, OOO Tatneft-AZS Center became a laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in the area of quality. The tank farm of OOO Tatneft-AZS Center’s Chelny branch was recognized as the best according to the results of the “Oil Terminal 2018” international contest and won the “Best Oil Depot of Russia and the CIS” title for Innovation and Safety, while  the Gorokhovets Oil Depot of OOO Tatneft-AZS-Zapad was named the best in the nomination "The most efficient tank farm in Russia and the CIS: throughput and turnover in the same contest.

The TATNEFT’s retail distribution network will continue to actively develop of additional services at the filling stations, improve the quality of service with the active introduction of information technologies. The automated management system is being improved to ensure the efficient operational control of the filling stations chain. A loyalty program is being developed, based on an analysis of customer preferences and it is aimed at expanding the range of the services provided. 

An automated complaints/wishes management system for TATNEFT filling stations’ customers to ensure customer feedback handling such as complaints, inquiries, feedback and thanks from customers, which are received via the around-the-clock free telephone hotline of the TATNEFT’s filling stations’ chain 8-800-5555-911, as well as through a special section on the site of the TATNEFT’s network of filling stations.
