TATNEFT has signed a Memorandum on Technological Cooperation with TGT Oilfield Services, which objectives provide for increasing the efficiency of the companies’ activities. As part of the signed Memorandum, the plans provide for implementation of joint research projects, testing of innovative technologies in the area of crude oil fields development, modern geophysical equipment, etc.

TGT Oilfield Services provides services in the area of modern geophysical research in 18 countries around the world. The cooperation between TATNEFT and TGT Oilfield Services will be aimed at developing and improving technologies that enhance the efficiency of the wells workover; enhancing the crude oil recovery based on the application of modern geophysical engineering developments; enhancing the automation of geophysical well data processing, etc..

Important areas of knowledge accumulation will be the arrangement of common seminars and conferences, as well as the exchange of information on the results of the technology implementation.

TATNEFT has also signed an industrial partnership agreement with OOO Ufa Research and Development Center, focused on solving a range of services in the area of crude oil production. The companies plan cooperation in the development and implementation of the intellectual activity.

Combining the TATNEFT’s technological and scientific potential with the experience of oilfield service and engineering companies will allow improving the efficiency of oil and gas development and production, as well as research activities in this area.
