Press release: PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim specialists shared their experience in the digitization of chemical industry

Staff members of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Design & Engineering Center took part in a specialized conference organized by Aspen Technology in Moscow. Event attendees, representing a number of big industrial companies in Russia, projected their digitalization strategy for chemical and petrochemical industries, spoke about new trends and experience in application of AspenTech software directly in the chemical industry and in the design.

Nina Sharipova, Head of Design Automation Department at Nizhnekamskneftekhim D&E Center, made a presentation on “Process engineering support by modeling methods based on Aspen Tech solutions.” She also answered questions of conference participants on modeling tools’ application and achieved practical effect.

It was stated at the conference that modeling systems are successfully used by PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim in the design because of gained experience and profound knowledge both in the field of petrochemical technologies and implementation of Aspen Tech solutions, which allowed to develop a significant number of various process models.
