Press release: Rosneft Held Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On September 28, Rosneft’s Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting took place in form of absentee voting. Holders of 92.36% of the Company’s shares participated in the meeting.

Shareholders approved the dividend payment, based on H1 2018 results, in the amount of 14 rubles 58 kopecks per ordinary share of the Company, which is 50% of Rosneft’s IFRS net income attributable to the Company’s shareholders. The total amount of 154.5 billion rubles will be distributed by the Company as dividends.

The record date for dividend payment is set on October 9, 2018. The dividends will be paid to the nominal shareholders and trustees no later than October 23, 2018, and to other shareholders registered in the Shareholders Register no later than November 14, 2018.
