Press release: New Staffing Appointment at TANECO

A new staffing appointment took place at TANECO Aidar Minraufovich Khismatullin was appointed as Deputy General Director (Operations) and the Oil Refinery Director.

Being in the position of Deputy General Director (Operations) - Oil Refinery Director A.M. Khismatullin will manage the activities of the refinery in accordance with the current legislation and production plans; he will monitor the compliance with industrial and environmental safety requirements, quality and competitiveness of the products output.

A.M. Khismatullin was born in 1979 in Nizhnekamsk. He attained two higher education degrees. In 2000 he graduated from the Kazan State Technological University, specializing as an "Engineer" in "Technology of plastic mass and elastomers processing" and in 2003 he graduated from the Nizhnekamsk Chemical Technology Institute, which is part of the Kazan State Technological University specializing in "Economics and Management at the Enterprise" with the "Managing Economist" qualification.

He started his labor carrier in 1999 as the 5th grade evaporating agent operator at the department for polymerization and evaporation of the oligomerization shop and displacement of the triethylaluminum with ethylene factory of oligomers at OJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim. In the period 2004-2005, he used to work as the section head of in the shop for the oligomers production of the decene-synthetic base oils of OOO Tatneft-Nizhnekamskneftekhim-Oil, later as the testing engineer of OOO Elastokam. 2005 to 2012 he was with JSC TAIF-NK, where he worked his way from the deputy shop manager to the acting director of the oil refinery. In 2013, he took employment at JSC TANECO as Chief Engineer of the Oil Refinery.
