Press release: The Management of TATNEFT Met with Institutional Investors

The management of PJSC TATNEFT, headed by Nail Maganov, General Director, held a meeting with institutional investors in Kazan on May 29, 2018, represented by managers and analysts of large investment companies from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden and Singapore. The visit of a group of investors to Tatarstan was organized by the Goldman Sachs Investment Bank.

During the meeting held in the open discussion format, the participants discussed the Company's operational and financial results, production and investment plans, dividend policy and other issues.

The shares of TATNEFT are one of the growth leaders in the Russian stock market resulting from the efficient implementation of Strategy 2025, changes in the dividend policy, which provides for high total return for the shareholders. The results achieved are positively appraised by the investment community. The current total market capitalization of TATNEFT exceeds 1.5 trillion rubles. The strong financial position and progressive dividend policy, strategic projects of the Company aimed at creating the value, constitute the basis for the continued growth of the Joint-Stock Company’s capitalization. In particular, the Company has a great potential to increase crude oil production mainly at the fields under development in Tatarstan, continues the construction and commissioning of new facilities at the TANECO Complex, which provides for an increase in the volumes of highly efficient oil refining and the receipt of the added value.
