Press release: RAEX (Expert RA) Rating agency Has Confirmed the TATNEFT's ruAAA Level Credit Rating with a Stable Outlook

The RAEX rating agency (Expert RA) confirmed the credit rating of PJSC TATNEFT n.a. V.D. Shashin at ruAAA level with a stable rating outlook.

Confirming the TATNEFT's credit rating at the highest level on the agency's scale, Expert RA mentioned the Group's strong forward looking liquidity for a period of 18 months from the end of 2017 with the Group's cash flow covering all the Group's needs for the cash allocated for investment activities and payment of dividends in accordance with the dividend policy of TATNEFT, as well as the extremely low level of the Group's overall debt load. Among other things the agency also mentioned such the strong effects of the TATNEFT Group, as high levels of information transparency, an auditor’s reputation, a strategic support and a moderately high level of risk management quality.
