Titan hockey team played a regular game against the team of the law department of the Omsk State University

The ice hockey team of the Titan group of companies has played a regular game in the Omsk championship for hockey amateur teams. On November 26, Titan won 5-1 the hockey team of the law department of the Omsk State University.

The captain of the Titan ice hockey team, comprising employees of the Titan group, is Mikhail A. Sutyaginsky, Director General of the company.

Titan ice hockey team was formed in 2002. It is a member of the Omsk Amateur Ice Hockey League, which includes hockey teams of the largest plants and organization of Omsk. Games are played an average of three times a month.

ZAO Titan Group of Companies is a Russian petrochemical firm and the largest Russian producer of MTBE. Titan is a general investor of the rubber producer OAO Omsky Kauchuk and an owner of ZAO Ecooil. In September 2006, the company, jointly with TOO Basko, opened the first CIS bioethanol complex, Biokhim, in Kazakhstan. In November 2006, Titan started construction on the first Russian bioethanol plant in the Omsk region. The company was founded in 1989 in Omsk.
