Press release: PJSC TATNEFT Held a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors

On February 22, 2017, the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT held a regular meeting in Kazan chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov.

In the course of the meeting, the Board summed up the results of execution of the Company’s budget in January and approved the budget for March 2017.

The date and venue of the General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC TATNEFT based on performance in 2016 were also determined at the meeting. It will be held on June 23, 2017 at the "Neftche" Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk.

The Board also reviewed a number of other issues related to the Company’s activity.
