Press release: Representatives of TATNEFT Took Part in the International Economic Summit

Top managers of TATNEFT Company headed by Nail Maganov, General Director, took part in the IXth International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017".

The International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017" is held with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of KazanSummit 2017, TATNEFT offered the presentation, where it outlined the Company's development trajectory aimed at innovation and improving the labor efficiency. The development strategy of TATNEFT provides for the progressive growth of production, expansion and the increase the refining segment contribution to the value of the Company, as well as reduction of the total unit costs and other measures, which taken together would lead to a doubling of the value of TATNEFT in dollar terms by 2025.

The Economic Forum of Russia and the OIC Member States is the main platform for economic cooperation between the constituents of the Russian Federation and the countries of the Islamic world, where issues of cooperation and implementation of joint projects are discussed, and where economic opportunities and investment the potential of our country are presented.

This year, the extensive KazanSummit 2017 program included the education issues of young entrepreneurs, discussion of the network diplomacy issues and its impact on the implementation of new strategies, the presentation of interesting start-ups of young entrepreneurs from OIC countries, discussions on improving the efficiency of investments, etc.
