Press release: TATNEFT Is among the Top-10 Most Expensive Brands in Russia

The brand of TATNEFT took the ninth place in the rating of the most expensive brands in the Russian Federation according to Brand Finance. The Company’s brand was ranking No. 10 last year.

The cost of the TATNEFT brand grew by 9% in 2018 and is estimated at RUB 97.3 billion. The brand value indicator was calculated taking into account several factors, such as marketing investments, equity and business efficiency. The first place of the rating was taken by Sberbank, which brand value increased by 18% to RUB 670.4 billion. Last year, the bank was also a leader.

The top five most expensive brands included Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft and RZD. "Magnet" was on the 6th place, "VTB" ranked No 7, No. 8 was "MTS", and the TOP10 were closed by "Pyaterochka".
