Press release: LUKOIL Delegation Visited TATNEFT

A delegation composed of PJSC LUKOIL and OOO LUKOIL-Engineering managers visited TATNEFT Company.

The delegation included Yuriy Pikhtovnikov, Head of the Department for Organizational Development and Career Management of PJSC LUKOIL, Vadim Voevodkin, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Engineering, Vitaly Avvakumov, Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development of OOO LUKOIL-Engineering, Konstantin Kirillov, Head of the Organizational Development Department of OOO LUKOIL-Engineering.

Information on the activities of TATNEFT and the Company's large upstream projects and the experience of developing carbonate reservoirs was presented to the guests within the framework of the planned events. The managers of PJSC LUKOIL and OOO LUKOIL-Engineering got acquainted with the innovative strategy of the TATNEFT Group of Companies and the corporate staff development system.

During the visit, the participants visited the Modeling Center of the TATNEFT Engineering Center, the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute, the Tatneft Personnel Training Center, the Laboratory for Scientific and Technical Research and others. The delegation got acquainted with the process of training the Company's professionals, interaction in the educational process of the training organization and project research structure and the dual education practical implementation. They also presented to the managers the professional experience of the Company's Business Service Center.

The round table meeting arranged at the end of the visit was devoted to an exchange of views on topical issues and options for their solation and outlined the ways for further cooperation.
