Press release: New General Director at GC Titan

By the decision of the Board of Directors of "Poliom" Ltd. (thejoint venture of GC "Titan", Gazprom-Neft and "SIBUR"), Tikhonov Igor Borisovich was designated General Director of the enterprise. On May 23, 2018 he assumed the position of the General Director.

Prior to his appointment, Igor Tikhonov held the position of Deputy General Director –Chief Engineerat "Poliom" Ltd. Igor Borisovich came to the enterprise in 2007, at the stage of the plant construction; he took a direct part in the commissioning of the plant and rising the plant to project capacity.

Earlier, Igor Tikhonov had been working for 20 years at the Tomsk petrochemical industrial complex. During his career, he received a number of patents (in co-authorship) in the field of the production of catalysts for olefins polymerization.

Igor Tikhonov substituted Pavel Evdokimov who held this position. Under the leadership of Pavel Evdokimov, the enterprise introduced the management system based on the international standards, there were successfully implemented and developed labor and safety standards, and also the plant's capacity was increased. Pavel Olegovich will continue to work in SIBUR group.

The change of the Director who carries out the operational management of "Poliom" Ltd. Was executed in the full accordance with the terms of the agreement concluded between GC"Titan", Gazprom-Neft and SIBUR in May, 2014.
