Press release: Lukoil opens its first gas station in Uzbekistan
LUKOIL's first gas station in Uzbekistan was opened in Tashkent today.
The new gas station will receive high-quality gasoline and diesel from the company's Russian refineries. A LUKOIL subsidiary, LUKOIL Uznefteprodukt, will be in charge of retail sales of fuel in Uzbekistan.
The station will sell the A-92, A-95 gasolines and diesel fuel, all compliant with the Euro-5 standard, as well as LUKOIL lubricants. The use of an automated management system ensures a high level of service.
The new operational standards include a comfortable cafeteria with rich coffee and fresh pastry, a convenience store and free Wi-Fi for drivers whose car tanks are being filled.
"This is LUKOIL's first gas station in Uzbekistan and in the whole of Central Asia. The company will estimate the perspectives of further net development in Republic", Oleg Pashayev, LUKOIL Vice President for Petroleum Products Marketing, commented.
