Press release: R&P POLYPLASTIC has stopped delivery of compound materials to its major consumer – Automotive Components Purchasing Company

Today the long-standing overdue debt exceeds 90 million rubles. “Unfortunately, in the actual situation, we do not see our client’s desire to find a constructive solution to the existing situation. However, taking into account our long-standing relations, we hope Automotive Components will settle the arrears in the nearest future”, commented Mr. Kruglov, director of Trade House Polyplastic.

Of particular concern is the fact that the auto parts manufacturer Automotive Components did not notify its ultimate consumer – GAZ Group – about the stop of supplies of compound materials.

If R&P POLYPLASTIC does not see the willingness of Automotive Components to engage in dialogue, it will have to file a claim. The legal department is already working on preparing a lawsuit.
