Press release: Uralkali Board Decisions

Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, announces the following key decisions taken by its Board of Directors at a meeting on 23 June 2017:

The Board re-elected Sergey Chemezov as Chairman and Dmitry Mazepin and Sir Robert Margetts as Deputy Chairmen of the Board.

The Board elected the members of the audit, appointments and remuneration, investment and development, and corporate social responsibility Committees and re-appointed independent directors as the heads of these Committees (for more details on the Board Committees).

The Board approved members of the Management Board as well as a number of interested-party transactions
