Press release: NOVATEK’s AGM Approves 2016 Dividends

PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2016.

The total dividend for 2016 will amount to RR 13.9 per one ordinary share or RR 139 per one Global Depositary Receipt (GDR), including the interim dividends of RR 6.9 per ordinary share or RR 69 per one GDR paid for the first half 2016.

The shareholders of record as at 2 May 2017 will be entitled to receive dividends.

The dividend is payable in cash not later than 8 June 2017
