Press release: TATNEFT Started the Production of New Products

They started production of new products at the synthetic oils factory of OOO Tatneft - Nizhnekamskneftekhim – Oil:  VMGZ-45; VMGZ-55.

These are new level all-season hydraulic oils, which are produced on the basis of high-quality base oils only obtained at the hydrocracking installation of the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex.

According to Ilnur Nasibullin, Head of the Production Technology Department (PTO) of the Synthetic Oil Factory, new oils contain effective additive packages that provide for the necessary viscosity, antioxidant, antiwear, anti-corrosion, low-temperature and anti-foam properties. All this guarantees reliable operation of hydraulic machines in the range of ambient temperatures from minus 45°С to plus 80°С.

The high-quality JSC TANECO produced base oils provides for the TATNEFT’s VMGZ oil better performance characteristics in comparison with similar oils of other manufacturers that traditionally use low viscosity mineral base oils. The ecological compatibility of new products is determined by the fact that high resistance of the JSC TANECO’s hydrocracking base oils to oxidation and destruction increases the service life of the oil and reduces waste generation.

The new products will be sold through the network of OOO Tatneft-AZS Center and recommended for application in hydraulic drive and hydraulic control systems for construction, road, timber harvesting, weight-handling and other machines.
