Andrew A. Laptev, the former Chief Engineer - First Deputy Head for production of NGDU "Bavlyneft" has been appointed as the Head of "Prikamneft" Oil and Gas Production Division of TATNEFT Company.

Andrew A. Laptev born on March 30, 1969 in Bavly. Education: he graduated from the Ufa Petroleum Institute (1993) specializing as a "Mining Engineer".

After graduation he worked as an oil and gas production operator at CDNG (Oil andas production chop) No. 4 of NGDU "Bavlyneft". Then he served as a geologist, leading engineer, deputy chief CDNG No. 4, head of research and production activities service, head of service for the protection of nature and protection of oil field equipment against corrosion, head of the anti-corrosion and protection of nature Section.

He is an Honored Oilman of the Republic of Tatarstan, has the title of "Honorary Oilman of OJSC" Tatneft ".
