Nizhnekamskneftekhim signs employment agreement

A conference of Labor Collective of PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was held on January 19, 2017. The results of the Collective Agreement implementation for the year 2016 were discussed and a new document signed for the year 2017 regulating relations between Labor Collective and the Company Management.

A Report on the results of financial and economic activity of the Company in 2016 was delivered by CEO A. Bikmurzin at the conference.

During the reporting year, significant positive results were achieved by the Joint-Stock Company: volume of production and sales of commodity products increased, sales produced revenues of more than 153 billion Rubles. The index of physical volume has made 102%, the share of exports in total sales was about 48%.  About 665 thousand tons of synthetic rubber were sold out, it is by 4% more than in 2015, and 65% of this amount were shipped to major foreign customers under long-term agreements. The plastics volume of sales in 2016 was about 700 thousand tons. As part of the diversification and sales performance improvement shipment of LLDPE was increased by 40%. The product tests were carried out by the consumers, and after approvement sales of new bimodal polypropylene grades started. A room in the domestic market for polyethylene for rotational molding of plastics was filled in.

The strategic goal and one of the main objectives of the whole staff of the Company in current and long term operations in the future is to reduce consumption of energy. During 2016, 46 energy-saving measures were introduced, which resulted in saving of 120 thousands GCAL of heat. About 12 million kilowatt hours of electric energy and more than 2 thousand tons of reference fuel were saved during the year 2016. In order to further save energy the Company has developed the fourth Power-Saving Program for the 2016-2020 period, which includes more 164 events.

Last year, under the current Ecology Program were carried out 38 events, the amount of funding made more than 900 million Rubles. As a result, emissions of pollutants into the air reduced by 340 tons in comparison with 2015.

In 2016 started reconstruction of biological treatment facilities, and to date, the construction of mechanical cleaning unit for household sewage is completed. To exclude the emission of harmful substances and odors to atmosphere commissioned were Gas Plasma "Yatagan" Units that allow to decompose harmful emissions into carbon dioxide and water. After this phase of modernization completed, a high quality cleaning household sewage from garbage was achieved, conditions for effective cleaning of domestic and industrial effluents were improved. This has a positive influence on their biological treatment. Work on clearing the buffer pool in the river Tunguche is being carried on.

Every year the Administration and Trade Union Committee sign the Agreement on labor protection, according to which in the past year implemented were all 32 measures to the amount which exceeded 11 million Rubles.

In the 2016, 9490 people passed periodic medical examinations in order to prevent occupational diseases. A thorough medical examination of 2518 workers, operating under the influence of environmental hazards was carried out.

In the past year, about 200 million Rubles were allocated to "Salvation" medical company for examination and treatment of employees.

To deliver employees to the workplace and back 151 bus was hired every day. In addition, the Company provides its employees on a monthly basis (who need it) with tickets for the tram. The total amount of services costs for transportation of employees in 2016 was about 230 million Rubles. Bus services are also run on the territory of the Company premises.

The average salary in 2016 was about 45 thousand Rubles. Wages were paid to employees of the Company in a timely manner, within the terms approved by the Collective Agreement.

Successfully resolved were social issues as well. Every year the Company allocated funds for the spa treatment of the workers themselves and their children, who enjoy rehabilitation in the health and recreation camps "Korabel'naya Roshcha" and "Dubravushka".

In 2016, employees of the Company were granted 3,929 vouchers, veterans - 510 vouchers, for children of the Company employees - 570 vouchers. 1615 children caught a break at the "Youth" camp and at the "Olympian" sports camp.

Costs for preventive nutrition of workers employed in hazardous working conditions, amounted to more than 119 million Rubles.

During the reporting period, the title of "Veteran of labor" were awarded 313 employees, the total remuneration amounted to 7 million Rubles.

20 million Rubles were allocated to young families for the purchase of essential goods and the provision of financial assistance for child birth.

For the International Day of the Disabled, employees who are raising children with disabilities, were paid financial aid totaling to 1 million Rubles. For the payment of financial assistance to the workers who retired were allocated 96 million Rubles, for the payment of monthly non-state pension were allocated more than 60 million Rubles. Payments to employees and pensioners to anniversaries amounted to more than 8 million Rubles. In total, these and other benefits of 343 million Rubles were spent within the framework of the Collective Agreement.

More than 24 million Rubles were allocated to the Trade Union committee for the development of cultural and educational work of the workers and employees.

Last year, 11638 employees were trained in accordance with the plan of training and upgrading of personnel. 405 people received a diploma of higher education, 1020 employees continue their education. All of them got school holidays in line with legislation.

Program is in progress to ensure petrochemists with comfortable flats. In 2016, 874 families of Company workers settled in new apartments, including 591 families – under the supplementary program of housing construction; 283 - under the program of social mortgage and the development of industrial complexes.

In 2017 it is planned to people 940 apartments, of which: 809 - under the supplementary program of housing construction; 131 - under the program of social mortgage and the development of industrial complexes.

For the payment of first installment was granted 911 loans totaling more than 250 million Rubles.

In accordance with the "Regulation on the provision of benefits ..." 331workers received 8.5 million Rubles. 

The total benefit for 94 workers on the social mortgage contracts amounted to 2.4 million Rubles.

The Report on the implementation of the Collective Agreement at the conference was delivered by A. Khairullin, the Chairman of the Trade Union Organization.

Delegates recognized the Collective Agreement for 2016 completely fulfilled.

The Collective Agreement for 2017, which was signed in the presence of all the participants by Director General of PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" A. Bikmurzin and Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of the Company A. Khairullin, retains all benefits and payments that have taken place in the previous year Collective Agreement.
