Press release: TatNIPIneft Staff Conference

A meeting of the labor collective was held at TatNIPIneft, where there were considered the results of the Institute’s activities in 2016.

TatNIPIneft is a structural division of TATNEFT Company and one of the largest research centers of the oil industry. In 2016, the Institute celebrated a jubilee anniversary: 60 years since the Institute establishment. Such events as an interregional scientific conference, scientific and technical seminar of chief engineers, chief geologists and specialists of PJSC TATNEFT on the subject "The role of science in the innovative development of PJSC TATNEFT”, the Institute’s staff and  veterans ceremonial meetings, a conference of the Institute’s young scientists and professionals and other activities were timed to the memorable date.  

The total amount of work performed by TatNIPIneft during 2016 amounted to RUB 1.765 billion.

The TATNEFT Company’s plan of new equipment and advanced technologies introduction for 2016 included 48 engineering developments of the Institute.   

They carried out systematic work at TatNIPIneft to build up the TATNEFT Company’s intellectual property. In 2016, the Institute sent 84 applications to the state-financed entity "Federal Institute of Industrial Property" for patents for inventions and 4 applications for the state registration of the computer programs. There were 66 Russian Federation patents for inventions received, as well as 14 certificates of the Russian Federation on the state registration of the computer programs.

The main task of the Institute’s staff for 2017 is to ensure that PJSC TATNEFT shall have quality oil fields development projects and development of efficient technologies and technical means for oil production.
