Press-release: PhosAgro Director Shareholding Notice

Moscow – PhosAgro (“the Company”), one of the world’s leading vertically-integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that Ivan Rodionov, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC PhosAgro, has informed the Company that he has purchased 14,500 global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) for PhosAgro shares.

 

Mr. Rodionov, who had previously purchased shares of the Company, now owns 14,500 PhosAgro GDRs and 3,488 shares, and his stake in the Company’s total share capital is equal to 0.0064%.
