Press-release: The Board of Directors elected the Management Board of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim»

The Board members elected the Management Board of the Company consisting of 9 members: Azat Bikmurzin - general director of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» (chairman of the Management Board), Akhtyam Amirkhanov and Vyacheslav Krasnov - directors of synthetic rubber plant and ethylene oxide plant, Igor Larionov – deputy general director, head of corporate property and strategic development department, Valery Starkov – deputy general director for economics and finance, Aidar Sultanov – manager of legal department, Ilfat Sharifullin – first deputy general director, chief engineer, Vasily Shuisky – deputy general director for personnel and social issues, Ilfar Yakhin – chief accountant. 

The Board of Directors authorized position overlapping for management members of the Company in the management bodies of any other institutions. 

The Board of Directors approved distribution of management over the main areas of activity of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» between the Board members, and appointed the supervisors of these activities from executive departments of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim».
