Uralkali (the Company) announces that pursuant to the Company’s open market buyback programme announced on 23 November 2015, from 09 February through 24 February 2016 3,160,664 Company’s shares were acquired.
Since the start of the Company’s open market buyback programme, an aggregate of 37,280,723 shares and 8,506,136 GDRs constituting 2.7% of the Company’s share capital have been purchased.
