Press release: Established Youth Council Forum at TATNEFT

The Youth Council Forum of the Oil and Gas Industry is held in the premises of TATNEFT Company from July 10 to 13, which will be attended by representatives of leading universities and companies of the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation.

A delegation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation headed by Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, is taking part in the event, organized at the territory of the "Chaika" recreation center of the TATNEFT Company’s Oil and Gas Production Division "Leninogorskneft".

The Youth Council under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation was established to ensure sustainable interaction of the higher education institution students, young professionals, scientists, enterprises, organizations, youth public associations and governmental authorities to consolidate efforts in raising the level of research and engineering developments to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry.

The program of the forum includes the formulation of major trends in the implementation of youth policy in the oil and gas industry; in solving urgent problems faced by the fuel and energy complex in Russia; in the field of professionals training and development in the oil and gas industry, etc.

The participants of the event will be offered a shirt-sleeve meeting with the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin, a visit to the Olympics of young geologists, the quest "Night at the Museum" in the museum complex territory of the Shugurovsky oil bitumen plant; cultural and sporting events.

Project presentations of the participants of the Youth Council under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation will be held on July 12 in the framework of the Summit of the oil companies’ management of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
