Khimprom Novocheboksarsk to invest over RUB 370 million in production capacity modernization in 2018

PJSC Khimprom (Novocheboksarsk) plans to spend more than RUB 370 million to upgrade its production facilities in 2018. The money will go to replace key manufacturing equipment items of the Novocheboksarsk Chemical Plant, as well as auxiliary units; to repair shop building roofs, structures, and utility lines, and towards the creation of a management system that would prevent the plant’s equipment from severe deterioration in the future. The company has already taken some steps specified in the investment program, including the implementation of tenders, totaling some RUB 100 million. 

The total sum planned for spending under the PJSC Khimprom renovation program intended for completion in 2020 equals some RUB 2.5 billion. A RUb 670 million portion of this sum will be spent on improving the environment.
