Press release: Rosneft signs the long-term contracts with the Mongolian companies

During the XXII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft signed the long-term contracts for supply of gasoline and diesel fuel with the largest Mongolian importers of oil products. The total value of contracts is USD 2.1 billion. 

The oil products will be sold to 12 consumers, including the owners of major retail site networks such as NIK KOO, Magnay Trade КОО, Oin Birge KOO, and Sod Mongol Group by the Rosneft subsidiary Rosneft-Mongolia KOO on the take or pay basis.

The signed long-term contracts will allow Rosneft to retain stable position in the oil product market of Mongolia and strengthen cooperation with its Mongolian partners. The contracts are concluded directly with the final consumers of oil products, which will allow making these contacts economically attractive for both parties.

Over 10 years of its presence at the Mongolian fuel market Rosneft has increased its share up to 80%.
