Press release: Rosneft and Fleet Energy explore the possibility of joint gas supplies to Egypt
As part of XXII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft, Fleet Energy and Fleetliner Energy S.A. signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement. The document secures the intention of the Parties to explore the possibilities of establishing a joint venture in order to develop a supply chain for further gas supplies to industrial consumers in Egypt.
The Agreement was signed by Didier Casimiro, Rosneft Vice President for Refining, Petrochemicals, Commerce and Logistics, and by Essam Kafafi, President of Fleet Energy Group, in the presence of Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin.
Fleet Energy Inc. has offices both in Moscow and in Cairo. The company is part of Fleet Holding Inc., together with other companies: Fleet Tanking Inc., Fleet Offshore Petroleum Services Inc., Fleet Oil&Gas S.A. Another company that the Group comprises is Fleetliner Energy S.A.
