Press release (Lukoil): Press service statement
PJSC LUKOIL's Press Service would like to inform all interested parties that two private limited companies with the names "LUK OIL TRADING LLC LTD" and "LUC OIL TRADING LLC LTD" have been incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered at Companies House with registration numbers 11128964 and 11123399 respectively (together, the "Companies"), and that the Companies have no connection whatsoever to the LUKOIL Group. The Companies each have their registered address at 2 Landsdowne Row, Berkeley Square, London, United Kingdom, W1J 6HL.
The LUKOIL Group was not involved with and did not consent to either of the Companies' incorporation.
LUKOIL's Press Service would like to caution all interested parties considering conducting business with either of the Companies, or any persons acting on their behalf.
PJSC LUKOIL will take all steps required to protect its interests, and reserves all rights in connection with the matters described above.
