Press release: General Director of TATNEFT Became an Honorary Citizen of Almetyevsk

The title "Honorary Citizen of Almetyevsk and the Almetyevsk Municipal District" was awarded to General Director of TATNEFT Company.

The reporting session of the Almetyevsk Municipal District Council held at the "Neftche"  Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk with the participation of Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Council Deputies, unanimously voted for the decision to confer the title "Honorary Citizen of the Almetyevsk Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan" to N.U. Maganov, State Council Deputy of the Republic of Tatarstan and General Director of TATNEFT Company.

This title was awarded to Nail Maganov for his great contribution to the social and economic development of the region and the Republic.

In his response, General Director of TATNEFT thanked for the award, emphasizing that for him, "a native of the city, the appraisal of fellow countrymen was very valuable. At the same time, he regarded it as a recognition of the entire TATNEFT Company’s merits. According to Nail Maganov, all this would have been impossible without the decisions taken by the Company’s Board of Directors, and he expressed his gratitude to Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Concluding, Nail Maganov stressed that in the future all together, including the leadership of the Republic, the city and TATNEFT Company administration will work for the benefit of the country and their native land.
