Press release: Nizhnekamskneftekhim received the certificate of SAP Customer Center of Expertise

The IT department of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim successfully went through the certification procedure of the company as SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE). Obtaining the certificate was preceded by the audit phase where all aspects of the interaction of IT department with the business units of Nizhnekamskneftekhim have been evaluated as well as the arrangement of processes for support of decision making. 

The certificate of Customer Center of Expertise is the documentary evidence of compliance of the maintenance process with the world standards, the development of Nizhnekamskneftekhim ERP system and interaction with SAP Global Support Service. Well established processes and continuous improvement is the cornerstone of success. Presently the company's IT department is becoming not only a service provider but also a business innovator creating the conditions for development of projects, being the point of growth.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim was founded in 1967. Its basic facilities are sited in Nizhnekamsk, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
