Press release: Tire Manufacturing Business of PJSC TATNEFT Has Been Distinguished by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan

The "Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory" became a 2017 contest diploma winner for the award of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for quality in the nomination "Production systems".

The Government of the Republic confers awards in this nomination, is to companies that have implemented and effectively use lean production tools in practice. In particular, the activities evaluation is carried out in such areas as strategy and policy, performance and effectiveness, suppliers and consumers of the enterprise.

The expert group noted during the on-site inspection of the factory that OOO Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory was a dynamically developing company, which was annually ramping up production through the effective application of lean production tools. This allowed the factory to produce tire products not only with minimal costs, but also with quality required by the customers

Honorary diplomas for the success in improving the quality of goods and services in the Republic of Tatarstan in the nomination "The Best Quality Manager of the Republic of Tatarstan 2017" were awarded to Ruslan Mindubaev, Deputy Director for Quality of OOO "Nizhnekamsk Truck Tire Factory", Natalia Biktimirova, Deputy Head of Quality Department of PJSC "Nizhnekamskshina", Svetlana Levchenko and Elena Savinova, leading process engineers of the quality and technical control departments of OOO "NZS SSC", as well as to Nadezhda Tyurikova and Vera Lidonova, technological engineers of OTK OOO "NZS SSC.

The professional experience of quality managers who work most effectively in this area will be replicated and extended among other enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
